Excellent mechanical structure design prolongs service life
The thrust absorption system of the YQ pump consists of two needle roller bearings rated at 4,000 lb. This patented design, located at each shaft end, protects the pump from dynamic shocks imposed by the drive system and reduces damage caused by axial forces.
Safety valve configuration
YQ type liquefied gas pump is equipped with a manually adjustable safety valve as standard. The safety valve provides the function of internal pressure regulation as an internal bypass valve. When the pump is running at full speed and the outlet pipeline is completely closed, the safety valve will recirculate the fluid in the pump to relieve pressure. The greater the pressure in the pump, the greater the safety valve will open. At the same time, the internal bypass opening pressure can be controlled by adjusting the bolts outside the safety valve.
YQ type liquefied gas pump structure description
The YQ type pump is a vane rotor pump with many sliding friction surfaces, such as vanes and rotor grooves, vanes and inner sleeves, rotors and side plates, and vanes and side plates. In order to ensure that the pump has a high volumetric efficiency, the gap between the surfaces of the sliding friction pairs is required to be very small, so the manufacturing accuracy of the relevant parts is very high. Therefore, the assembly and disassembly of this pump must be particularly careful. The rotation direction of this pump is clockwise when viewed from the pulley direction.
The suction port of the YQ pump is horizontal and the discharge port is vertical.
The main parts of this pump are: pump body, inner sleeve, shaft, rotor, vane, side plate, end cover, bearing seat, perforated cover, blind hole cover, mechanical seal and safety valve.
The pump body, cover end, bearing seat, hole cover, blind hole cover are made of ductile iron. The inner sleeve made of ductile iron is fixed to the pump body with a key. The shaft and side plates are made of stainless steel. A rotor made of ductile iron is installed in the middle of the shaft. 10 sliding vanes made of high-grade polymer are embedded in the rotor groove.
The working room of the pump is a spatial structure surrounded by the inner surface of the inner sleeve, the outer surface of the rotor and the end faces of the two side plates. Since the inner sleeve line is not concentric with the rotation center, the sliding vanes divide the working room into a suction chamber and a discharge chamber during operation.
During the operation of this pump, the gap between the rotor and the two side plate end faces can be automatically adjusted to be uniform. If the two side plate end faces are worn, they can be reversed for use.
