ZKD-Ⅳ vacuum switch vacuum degree tester adopts a new excitation coil and uses magnetron discharge method to test the vacuum degree of arc extinguishing chamber without disassembling the arc extinguishing chamber. At the same time, microcomputer is used for synchronous control and data acquisition processing, so that the field test sensitivity of the vacuum degree of arc extinguishing chamber reaches 10-5Pa.
