ZJ Series Slurry Pump

ZJ series slurry pump is a horizontal, axial suction, single-stage, single-suction, double-shell, centrifugal slurry pump. This series of pumps combines the advantages of similar products at home and abroad and innovates in hydraulic design, structural design and flow-through component materials. It has the characteristics of high efficiency and energy saving, low vibration, low noise, reliable operation, long service life, and convenient maintenance. The comprehensive performance of the pump is at the leading level in China, and the efficiency indicators of most pumps are at the international advanced level. It is suitable for conveying abrasive slurries containing solid particles in industries such as power, metallurgy, coal, and building materials. Such as hydraulic ash removal in thermal power plants, ore slurry transportation in metallurgical ore dressing plants, coal slurry and heavy medium transportation in coal washing plants, etc. The maximum slurry weight concentration Cw of the solid-liquid mixture allowed to be conveyed is: ash (slag) slurry and coal slurry 45%; ore slurry and heavy medium 60%. The models include 550ZJ, 450ZJ, 400ZJ, 350ZJ, 300ZJ, 250ZJ, 200ZJ, 150ZJ, 100ZJ, 80ZJ, 65ZJ, 50ZJ and 40ZJ. The flow range is 4.5m3/h to 7600 m3/h and the head range is 6m to 134m.
