ZA petrochemical process pump is a single-stage single-suction cantilever volute pump. The product implements the standards API610, VDMA24297 (light/medium), the pump body is foot-supported, single-suction impeller, axial suction, radial discharge. The axial force is hydraulically balanced by front and rear rings and balance holes. The shaft seal adopts a mechanical seal, which can be a single-end face or double-end face balanced cartridge type, or a packing seal. The mechanical seal is equipped with a cooling, flushing or sealing liquid system, and the sealing pipeline system is designed according to API specifications. The suction and discharge flanges can be designed according to GB, DIN, and ANSI standards.

■ Features of ZA petrochemical process pump:
The ZA petrochemical process pump is a single-stage single-suction cantilever rear-opening structure, so it is not necessary to disassemble the suction and discharge pipelines when repairing the pump. After removing the pump cover, the suspension can be pulled out from the pump body together with the rotor components, so the maintenance work is very convenient. There is a sealing ring on the rear cover of the impeller, which can basically balance the axial force, and the residual unbalanced force is borne by the thrust bearing. The bearing is an oil-lubricated ball bearing, the oil ring lifts the oil and can automatically control the oil level. When the working temperature is lower than 250℃, the suspension does not need to be cooled. When the working temperature is higher than 250℃~450℃, the suspension is cooled by air or water. Depending on different situations, some pumps are double volute structures, and the rest are single volutes. The shaft seal can be a packing seal, or a single-end or double-end mechanical seal, and is equipped with a cooling, flushing or sealing liquid connection system. It is directly driven by an electric motor and connected to the motor with a coupling.
