The YDJ, YD (JZ) series light high-voltage test transformers adopt a single-frame core structure, and the core is made of high-quality DQ151-35 type 0.35mm cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet. There is no through-core screw, and the core loss is low. The high-voltage coil is a concentric cylindrical multi-layer pagoda structure, which adopts oil-immersed self-cooling. There is a shielding layer between the low-voltage winding, the measuring winding and the high-voltage winding. In order to reduce the volume and weight while ensuring the electrical performance, the shell of the product is made into an octagonal structure that matches the core better, and the overall appearance is beautiful and generous. The whole device consists of an iron core, a primary low-voltage winding, a secondary high-voltage winding, a measuring winding, a high-voltage bushing, a high-voltage electrode, a transformer oil and a box. The device with a larger capacity is made into a JT-shaped movable structure. The high-voltage bushing is sealed and connected to the transformer using a special packaging process. The overall equipment has no oil seepage or leakage. It is mainly used for power frequency withstand voltage tests of various electrical equipment.
