The induction withstand voltage test of transformers and mutual inductors is an important test to ensure that product quality meets national standards. The longitudinal insulation induction withstand voltage test between turns, layers, sections and phases of transformer windings is an important item in transformer insulation test. The longitudinal insulation test requires a frequency doubling power supply device to apply the test voltage and conduct a withstand voltage test.
The multi-frequency induction withstand voltage tester is designed and manufactured to meet the above requirements. It has been proven by a large number of users that it is easy to operate, has reliable performance, and can better meet the needs of transformer and mutual induction withstand voltage tests.
The device adopts power electronics technology, and the internal core part uses a frequency converter. Parameter preset, protection setting, frequency selection, voltage regulation control, etc. all adopt digital control technology. It has a built-in computer, 8-inch color LCD display, and data storage can reach 3200 groups.
It adopts touch operation mode and is equipped with a thermal printer for Chinese character printing.
The test frequencies of 50Hz, 100Hz, 150Hz and 200Hz can be preset (optional), and the voltage can be adjusted by touch (the step size can be adjusted in real time, 1V, 2V, 5V and 10V can be selected), which can realize the multi-frequency test voltage output of this device.
An external LC filter circuit ensures that the waveform distortion rate is within the specified range. An external compensation inductor with a tap is used to compensate for the capacitive current of the device under test and improve the load carrying capacity of the device.
