XBD , XBC electric fire pump units and diesel engine fire pump units comply with the national standards GB6245-1998 "Fire Pump Performance Requirements and Test Methods" and GB/T1147-1987 "General Technical Requirements for Internal Combustion Engines". They can be equipped with ISG , DL , IS , S , D , DG and other pump types to form pipeline, vertical multi-stage, horizontal single-stage cantilever, horizontal split, horizontal multi-stage and other structural types to suit various working conditions (different power, different speed, different materials, etc.).
XBD and XBC units are mainly suitable for fire protection projects in steel, metallurgy, electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, construction, ports and other operations, emergency water supply for accidents such as blast furnaces, continuous casting and converters, emergency water supply for power outages in power plants, safety protection cooling water supply for nuclear reactors, and other water supply projects that require automatic control.
It mainly transports water without solid particles or liquid with viscosity similar to water. If the medium to be transported by the user contains acid or alkali, it should be negotiated with our company when placing an order. The temperature of the transported medium is 0 ℃ ~ +80 ℃. If appropriate cooling measures are taken, higher temperature media can be transported.

- Structure Description
XBD electric fire pump group uses motors from well-known manufacturers as power. At the same time, it can be equipped with low-voltage, high-voltage and explosion-proof motors of different protection levels according to the user's use environment and conditions. Its characteristics are simple operation and maintenance, low noise and few equipment requirements.
XBC diesel pump unit is powered by various series of 10-1000KW diesel engines produced by Volvo, Cummins , Deutz and well-known domestic diesel engine manufacturers . It is assembled with water pumps through high-elastic couplings, clutches, reducers, etc., and has the characteristics of rapid and reliable starting, strong emergency capability, compact structure, and convenient protection. It has manual, automatic, automatic switching, automatic charging, automatic protection (overspeed, low oil pressure, three failed start-ups, high water temperature, low battery voltage, etc. alarm, shutdown protection, etc.), emergency lighting, remote monitoring connection and other functions. In order to ensure the normal operation of the unit in cold climates below 5 ℃, the unit can be equipped with a cooling water preheating device.
Both units can be provided with automatic control cabinets to achieve the purpose of automatic control, remote monitoring and remote control.
