XBD-L vertical pipeline fire pump product features:

1. High efficiency and energy saving: CFD computational fluid dynamics is used to analyze and calculate the relationship between the pressure distribution and velocity distribution in the pump, optimize the flow channel design of the pump, ensure that the water pump has an efficient hydraulic shape line, and improve the efficiency of the pump.
2. Easy installation and maintenance: With vertical pipeline structure, the inlet and outlet of the pump can be installed at any position and in any direction of the pipeline like a valve, which makes installation and maintenance extremely convenient.
3. Smooth, safe and reliable operation: The motor and pump are directly connected, which simplifies the intermediate transmission structure and enhances the smoothness of operation, making the unit run smoothly, safely and reliably.
4. Stainless steel sleeve: The mechanical seal position of the shaft is relatively easy to be corroded. Once the direct-connected pump shaft is corroded, it is easy to cause the mechanical seal to fail. The pump uses a stainless steel sleeve here to avoid rust, increase the shaft life, and reduce operation and maintenance costs.
5. Bearings: In the motors equipped, the shaft extension end bearings below Y (Y2) 280 (including the fan blade end bearings below Y180) adopt closed bearings. Under normal use, the motor bearings do not require maintenance.
6. Mechanical seal: The mechanical seal base generally adopts a rubber bellows structure, which changes the seal on the shaft of the traditional mechanical seal from an O-ring line seal to a two-layer surface seal of a rubber part, thereby improving the sealing effect.
