XBD-DL Vertical Multistage Fire Pump--Product Overview
XBD-DL vertical multi-stage fire pump is a new product developed by our company according to the actual market demand for fire pumps and its special use requirements, strictly in accordance with the latest national standard GB6245-1998 " Fire Pump Performance Requirements and Test Methods". After testing by the National Fire Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, all performance indicators have reached or exceeded the standard requirements, and obtained the Shanghai Fire Product Certification Certificate. The XBD series is divided into four structural forms: vertical multi-stage, vertical single-stage, detachable vertical multi-stage and horizontal multi-stage to meet the different needs of users.

This series of pumps adopts the domestic excellent high-efficiency and energy-saving hydraulic model, with high efficiency, flat performance curve, wide operating range, in line with the relevant regulations of the Fire Department, and meet the needs of different users; the pump adopts a vertical segmented structure, and has the advantages of stable operation, low noise, long service life, small footprint, easy installation and maintenance, etc.

1. The medium used should be similar to water, with a kinematic viscosity of <150mm2/s, and no hard particles and no corrosive properties;
2. The environmental altitude of the pump is less than 1000 meters. If it exceeds this limit, please specify it when placing an order so that our factory can provide you with more reliable products.
3. Medium operating temperature -15℃～120℃;
4. Maximum system working pressure ≤2.5MPa;
5. The ambient temperature should be lower than 40°C and the relative humidity should be lower than 95%.

1. The pump has compact structure, small size, beautiful appearance, small footprint, and saves construction costs;
2. The suction port and the outlet of the pump are on the same center line, simplifying the connection of the pipeline;
3. According to the actual situation, the inlet and outlet of the pump can be assembled in different directions of 90°, 180°, and 270°;
4. According to the actual situation, the pump outlet can be assembled into 1 to 5 outlets to meet the different heads on the same pump.
