This series of products includes integrated thermal resistors, platinum resistors produced using technology introduced from Rosemount Corporation of the United States, heat-sheathed thermal resistors for high temperature and high pressure, and multi-pair and multi-point thermal resistors for synthesis towers and oil tanks.
The product adopts waterproof junction box, which is suitable for the environmental requirements of petrochemical industry; the standard of fixed thread conforms to the provisions of JB/T5219-91 and JB/5583-91 thermocouple and thermal resistor; the fixed flange not only conforms to the above standards, but also adds three kinds of fixed flange mounting plates with different welding methods and different forms of sealing surfaces to provide options and meet the needs of different users.
B-type fixed flange is a flat-welded steel flange (JB81-94) equivalent to the Ministry of Chemical Industry standard (HG5010-58, HG5019-58) with a smooth sealing surface and a nominal pressure of Pg=25kgf/cm2, suitable for general occasions.
C-type fixed flange, also a flat-welded steel flange (JB81-94), is equivalent to the Ministry of Chemical Industry standard (HG5010-58, HG5019-58), with a concave and convex sealing surface, nominal pressure Pg = 25kgf/cm2, suitable for toxic and harmful media, with strong anti-leakage performance.
D-type fixed flange is a butt-welded steel flange (JB82-94) equivalent to the Ministry of Chemical Industry standard (HG5016-58) with concave and convex sealing surfaces, nominal pressure Pg=100kgf/cm2, with good sealing performance, suitable for occasions with certain requirements for sealing and pressure resistance.
