Product Introduction Overview :
WZP series assembled thermal resistors are used as temperature sensors and are usually used in conjunction with display instruments, recording instruments and electronic regulators. They can directly measure the surface temperature of liquids, steam and gaseous media and solids in the range of -200℃ to 420℃ in various production processes.
Industrial thermal resistors are divided into two categories: platinum thermal resistors and copper thermal resistors.
Thermal resistors measure temperature by using the property that the resistance of a substance changes as its temperature changes. The heated part of the thermal resistor (temperature sensing element) is made of fine metal wires evenly wound around a skeleton made of insulating material. When there is a temperature gradient in the measured medium, the measured temperature is the average temperature of the medium layer within the range of the temperature sensing element.
The basic structure of assembled thermal resistor is mainly composed of junction box, protection tube, terminal block, insulating sleeve and temperature sensing element, and is equipped with various installation and fixing devices.
The temperature sensing element of WZP type platinum resistor is a platinum wire winding. Double platinum resistor is mainly used in situations where two sets of display, recording and regulating instruments are needed to simultaneously detect the temperature of the same place. The temperature sensing element of WZC type copper resistor is a copper wire winding.
