Product Introduction :
Industrial explosion-proof or intrinsically safe thermocouples are a type of temperature sensor that is widely used in chemical industry automatic control systems. Through temperature sensors, the temperature parameters of the controlled object can be converted into electrical signals and transmitted to display, recording and adjustment instruments to detect, adjust and control the system.
In chemical plants, the production site is often accompanied by various flammable and explosive chemical gases and steam. If ordinary thermocouples are used, it is very unsafe and can easily cause environmental gas explosions. Therefore, explosion-proof or intrinsically safe thermocouples must be used as temperature sensors in these occasions. The explosion-proof or intrinsically safe thermocouples produced by our factory are suitable for places with explosive gas hazards within the temperature group range of dIⅡBT4~dIⅡCT6, ibIⅡBT4, iaⅡBT4, iaIⅡCT6.

Principle structure :
The structure and principle of explosion-proof or intrinsically safe thermocouples are basically the same as those of assembled thermocouples. The difference is that the junction box (housing) of explosion-proof or intrinsically safe products adopts a special explosion-proof structure in design. The junction box is made of high-strength aluminum alloy die-casting and has sufficient internal space, wall thickness and mechanical strength. The thermal stability of the rubber sealing ring meets the national explosion-proof standards. Therefore, when the explosive mixed gas inside the junction box explodes, its internal pressure will not destroy the junction box, and the heat energy generated by it cannot spread outward to transmit the explosion.
Since the product adopts the above-mentioned special explosion-proof structure, the product is fully compliant with the explosion-proof category range of dIⅡBT4 to dIⅡCT6, ibIⅡBT4, iaⅡBT4, and iaⅡCT6. As long as the user strictly abides by the product usage rules, the product can achieve a reliable explosion-proof effect.
