The working principle of the maintenance-free closed intelligent sewage lift: The lift adopts a stamped closed sewage tank and operates in a fully closed state; the lift will have two to four sets of independent, alternating sewage discharge devices built in according to the user's water volume. The working principle is now explained:
(1) In the lift: When one of the devices is discharging sewage, the other sewage discharge devices normally accept the user's drainage and do not affect the user's normal use.
(2) First, the solid matter in the sewage passes through the "reverse osmosis" filter component to keep all impurities and dirt in the filter cavity to avoid direct contact with the sewage pump, thereby eliminating entanglement and blockage, and extending the life of the water pump by more than 5 times.
(3) The filtered sewage enters the cavity through the mesh stainless steel guide for treatment; when its liquid level capacity reaches the specified value, the liquid level detector transmits the data signal to the central PLC programmable control system to notify the sewage pump to work.
The sewage pump draws water from the bottom side of the water storage chamber, thereby mixing the sediment and sewage to avoid the adsorption of dirt on the wall of the water storage chamber; the sewage is then introduced into the filter chamber through the mesh guide pipe, and the "backwash" function is used to discharge the debris and solid particles in the filter chamber with the pressurized water to the outdoor sewage well or pipe network. The backwashing effect has been tested to be excellent.
