The SHP series high-pressure carbon dioxide injection pump is a low-speed reciprocating high-pressure pump. As a key equipment in the supercritical extraction system, it can be widely used in biology, pharmaceuticals, food and other fields.

Features:
The lubrication method is divided into oil bath splash lubrication. The deceleration method is divided into belt deceleration and gear deceleration. The flow rate can be adjusted by a speed regulating motor or frequency conversion speed regulation. The suction and discharge valves of the hydraulic end adopt cone valves or ball valves. The plunger seal is divided into a single-stage seal, and its stuffing box is jacket-cooled. The plunger can provide metal spray-welded plungers, integral ceramic plungers, and surface-sprayed ceramic plungers. The hydraulic end uses 304SS high-quality stainless steel, and the cylinder body has cooling process holes, which form a circuit with the jacket stuffing box and can be connected to external coolant. The overload protection methods of the pump include safety valves, electric contact pressure gauges, and pressure sensors. A plunger cooling and lubrication system is provided in the pump.
