1. Overview
   The new generation of intelligent RQⅢ series electric actuators can be quickly set, checked and queried non-invasively through an independent setter. The actuator uses a graphic dot matrix LCD display to display the actuator's torque, valve position, limit setting and other working conditions and alarms in Chinese, digital, graphic and other forms, as shown in Figure 1-1. It greatly facilitates the user's operation. The actuator has automatic protection and explosion-proof functions. Even in dangerous areas, it is not necessary to open the electrical box cover of the working actuator to adjust, check parameters and diagnose faults. The use of fieldbus communication cards can form a fully distributed computer collaborative work system to achieve remote data acquisition, remote communication, remote diagnosis and maintenance. Due to its advanced nature, reliability and easy operation, it is welcomed by the majority of users and is widely used in industries such as petroleum, electricity, metallurgy, and water treatment.
