1. Overview
   The new generation of intelligent RQMⅢ series electric actuators can be quickly set, checked and queried non-invasively through an independent setter. The actuator uses a graphic dot matrix LCD display to display the torque, valve position, limit setting and other working status and alarms in Chinese, numbers and graphics, as shown in Figure 1-1, which greatly facilitates the user's operation. The actuator has automatic protection and explosion-proof functions. Even in dangerous areas, there is no need to open the electric box cover of the working actuator to make adjustments and fault diagnosis. The use of fieldbus communication cards can form a fully distributed computer collaborative work system to achieve remote communication, remote collection, remote diagnosis and maintenance. Due to its advanced nature, reliability and easy operation, it is welcomed by the majority of users and is widely used in industries such as petroleum, electricity, metallurgy, and water treatment.
