Overview :
R series split electric actuator mainly consists of two parts: electrical part and mechanical part. The mechanical part can choose multi-turn actuator or angular stroke (partial turn) actuator. The electrical part can quickly set, check and query parameters without opening the cover through an independent setter. The actuator adopts a graphic dot matrix LCD display to display the actuator's torque, valve position, limit setting and other working status and alarms in Chinese, English, numbers, graphics and other forms. Supports field bus communication technologies such as MODBUS, PROFIBUS, FF, HART, etc.

The Ruiji split actuator automatically detects the phase sequence of the three-phase power supply connected to the power terminal, and through appropriate logical operations, determines which AC contactor is excited when the actuator is operated to ensure that the correct phase sequence is connected to the motor. If there is no automatic phase sequence adjustment function, the valve may be damaged due to the wrong wiring phase sequence. With the automatic phase sequence adjustment function, the wiring of the actuator power supply can be done without considering the phase sequence. 2. The valve position detection uses a magnetoelectric absolute position encoder. The output shaft drives the magnetoelectric absolute position encoder to rotate, and the resulting encoding signal is sent to the main control chip to calculate the current valve position value, which is used as a valve position display signal. Since the absolute encoder obtains the absolute information of the valve position, power failure and interference will not affect it, so the valve position obtained is always correct. 3. Torque detection, intelligent electronic torque measurement and control technology, so that the torque protection value can be linearly adjusted by the setter, with high precision and easy to use.
