1. Installation precautions
   The assembly of the oil seal plays a vital role in the performance of the oil seal. No matter how suitable the design and selection of the installation part of the oil seal are, if it is improperly assembled, it may cause leakage at any time. Please pay attention to the following matters during assembly:
   (1) Do not damage the shaft and cavity before assembly. It is best not to let the precision-machined shaft and cavity touch other parts.
   (2) Carefully check the oil seals in storage and do not use oil seals that have foreign matter such as sand or dust attached to them.
   (3) Please do not rub the end of the oil seal lip with your fingernails or hard objects. The lip is an important part that performs the sealing function.
   (4) Make sure the installation shaft is smooth and clean, and do not allow dust, sand or other foreign matter to build up.
   (5) Be sure to use professional clamps during installation. Please refer to professional websites for specific installation steps.
2. Storage precautions
   When storing seals, please note the following:
3. Do not open the seal package unless necessary, otherwise dust will stick to the seal or scratch the seal.
4. Store in a cool place and avoid direct sunlight. Ultraviolet rays and water vapor will accelerate the deterioration and dimensional changes of rubber and plastic.
5. When storing unpackaged products, be careful not to get them stuck or trapped with foreign matter, and store them in their original state. The nylon should be tightly sealed to prevent moisture from causing dimensional changes.
6. Do not place the seals near heat sources, such as boilers, furnaces, etc., as heat will accelerate the aging of the seals.
7. Do not place the seal near the motor or in places where ozone is generated.
8. Do not hang the seal with a needle, wire or rope, otherwise the seal will be deformed and the lip will be damaged.
9. Sometimes, the seal surface changes color or white powder appears (frosting), which will not affect the performance of the seal.
10. The RAREFLON ring of the combined seal is easily scratched by dripping or external impact, so it must be handled with special care.
