LS vertical pipeline centrifugal pump

LS vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is a combination of the performance parameters of IS type centrifugal pump and the excellent hydraulic model selected by our technical personnel and domestic water pump experts. B. Product Features

1. The pump is a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters and located on the same center line. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. It has a compact and beautiful appearance, small footprint, and low construction investment. If a protective cover is added, it can be placed outdoors for use.
2. The impeller is directly installed on the extended shaft of the motor, with short axial dimension and compact structure. The pump and motor bearings are reasonably configured, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the operation of the pump, thereby ensuring the smooth operation of the pump, small vibration and low noise.
3. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or mechanical seal combination, using imported titanium alloy sealing ring, medium-sized high-temperature resistant mechanical seal and hard alloy material, wear-resistant seal, which can effectively extend the service life of mechanical seal.
4. Easy installation and maintenance. No need to dismantle the pipeline system. All rotor components can be pulled out by removing the pump union seat nut.
5. The pumps can be operated in series or parallel according to the requirements of flow rate and head.
6. The pump can be installed vertically or horizontally according to the requirements of pipeline layout.
   C. Working conditions
7. Suction pressure ≤1.0MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system ≤1.6MPa, that is, the pump suction pressure + pump head ≤1.6MPa, the pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5MPa, please indicate the system working pressure when ordering. If the pump system working pressure is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be separately mentioned when ordering, so that the flow-through part and the connection part of the pump can be made of cast steel during manufacturing. 8. Ambient temperature <40℃, relative humidity <95%.
9. The volume content of solid particles in the transported medium shall not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size shall be less than 0.2 mm.
   Note: If the medium used contains fine particles, please indicate this when ordering so that the manufacturer can use wear-resistant mechanical seals.
