Take a clean colorimetric tube and add the water sample to be tested to the 15mL mark on the tube, add a pack of ammonia nitrogen reagent I, mix and dissolve, cover the lid and shake to dissolve, leave for 2 minutes, add a pack of ammonia nitrogen reagent II, mix and dissolve, leave for 15 minutes, open the lid, place the colorimetric tube on the blank space of the colorimetric card and visually compare the color with the standard color scale from top to bottom. The color scale that is the same as the solution in the tube is the ammonia nitrogen content in the water (mg/L)
