Product Introduction
The LH-T55 digital saccharimeter is used to quickly measure the concentration or refractive index of sugary solutions and other non-sugar solutions. It is widely used in sugar, food, beverage and other industrial sectors as well as agricultural production and scientific research. It is suitable for the concentration measurement of various sauces (seasonings) such as soy sauce and ketchup, the sugar content measurement of products with high sugar content such as jam, syrup, liquid sugar, etc., the quality management of production lines for fruit juices, soft drinks and carbonated drinks, pre-shipment inspection, etc., and it is suitable for the process from fruit planting to sales. It can be used to determine the exact harvest period and classify the sweetness. In addition, it is also widely used in the concentration measurement of pulp in the textile industry.

Measurement principle: When light enters another medium from one medium, it will be refracted, and the ratio of the sine of the incident angle is always a constant value, which is called the refractive index. The soluble solid content in fruit and vegetable juice is directly proportional to the refractive index under certain conditions (same temperature and pressure), so by measuring the refractive index of fruit and vegetable juice, the concentration of fruit and vegetable juice (how much sugar it contains) can be calculated. By measuring the soluble solid content (sugar content) of fruits and vegetables, the quality of fruits and vegetables can be understood, and the maturity of the fruit can be roughly estimated.
