ISW65-160A horizontal single-stage single-suction pipeline centrifugal pump

ISW, ISWR, ISWR horizontal centrifugal pumps are designed based on the performance parameters of IS and IR centrifugal pumps, with reference to ISO2858 standards, and with the use of excellent hydraulic models in the car for optimization. It is an ideal new generation of high-efficiency and energy-saving horizontal pump products.

III. Product Features

1. Smooth operation: The absolute concentricity of the pump shaft and the excellent dynamic and static balance of the impeller ensure smooth operation without vibration.
2. Watertight: Carbide seals of different materials ensure that there is no leakage in the transportation of different media. 3. Low noise: The water pump under two low-noise bearings runs smoothly, and there is basically no noise except for the faint sound of the motor.
3. Low failure rate: The structure is simple and reasonable, and the key parts are equipped with international first-class quality, which greatly improves the trouble-free working time of the whole machine. 5. Convenient maintenance: It is simple and convenient to replace seals and bearings.
4. Less space: The outlet can be in three directions: left, right, and upward, which is convenient for pipeline layout and installation and saves space.
5. ISW horizontal clean water pump, used for conveying clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water, suitable for industrial and urban water supply, high-rise building pressurized water delivery, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and warm water circulation pressurization and equipment matching, use temperature T≤80℃.
   8. ISWR horizontal hot water pump is widely used in: metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, as well as hotels and restaurants and other boiler hot water pressurized circulation and urban heating system, ISWR type use temperature T≤120℃.
   9. ISWH horizontal chemical pump, used for conveying liquids without solid particles, corrosive, and with viscosity similar to water, suitable for petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical and synthetic fiber departments, use temperature -20℃～+120℃.
   10. ISWB horizontal pipeline oil pump, used for conveying gasoline, kerosene, diesel and other oil products or flammable and late-explosive liquids, the temperature of the conveyed medium is -20℃～+120℃.

IV. Product Application

   1. ISW pumps are suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire-fighting pressurization, long-distance water supply, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom warm water circulation pressurization, and various water supply equipment and boilers. It is used to transport clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. The use temperature is not higher than 85℃.
   2. ISWR pumps are suitable for metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, wood processing, papermaking, restaurants, bathrooms, hotels, boiler hot water pressurization circulation and urban housing heating circulation. The use temperature is not higher than 120℃. 
   3. ISWD pumps are suitable for occasions requiring very low environmental noise. The use temperature is not higher than 100℃. 

V. Conditions of use

   1. The maximum working pressure of the system is 1.6MPa, that is, the pump suction pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6MPa (when the working pressure of the pump system is greater than .6MPa, it should be separately proposed when ordering, so that cast steel can be used when manufacturing the flow-through parts and connecting parts of the pump)
   2. The conveying medium is clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water.
   3. Ambient temperature ≤ 40℃, altitude ≤ 1000m, relative humidity ≤ 95%.
