IHF chemical centrifugal pump

IHF pump is a single-stage single-suction fluoroplastic alloy chemical centrifugal pump. It is designed and produced according to international standards and combined with the processing technology of non-metallic pumps. The pump has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, no aging, high mechanical strength, no toxin decomposition, wide operating temperature, and the conveying medium temperature is -85 ℃ -200 ℃ .

The pump body of IHF fluoroplastic centrifugal pump is made of metal shell with inner lining of polyperfluoroethylene propylene (F46) , impeller and pump cover are made of metal inserts wrapped with fluoroplastics, sintered and pressed as a whole, shaft seal is external bellows mechanical seal, static ring is made of 99.9% alumina ceramic or silicon carbide, dynamic ring is made of tetrafluoro filling material or silicon carbide. Its characteristics are that the pump has a perfect and reasonable structure, strong corrosion resistance, tight and reliable sealing performance, stable operation, low noise and long service life.
