The hydraulic diaphragm metering pump is a pump that uses the reciprocating motion of the plunger or piston to act on the diaphragm through the hydraulic oil, forming a change in the volume of the cylinder diaphragm cavity, and then sucking and discharging the working medium. The hydraulic diaphragm metering pump is divided into single diaphragm type and double diaphragm type. The diaphragm rupture alarm device and the double diaphragm structure ensure the safe and leak-free operation of the diaphragm metering pump. When one diaphragm ruptures and before the other diaphragm ruptures, the diaphragm rupture alarm device automatically gives an audible and visual alarm or automatically stops the pump. This avoids the pollution caused by the leakage of the medium. It is mainly used to transport various highly toxic, flammable, and volatile liquids; various strong acids, strong alkalis, and highly corrosive liquids. It is widely used in the petrochemical industry, food and beverage industry, power industry furnace, condensate, circulating water, wastewater treatment, pharmaceutical industry, environmental protection industry, papermaking industry, textile industry, land and offshore oil and gas skid-mounted systems and other industries.
