Our company currently has eight machine bases, including J1M, J2M, J3M, J4M, J5M, J6M, J7M and J8M, and more than 200 specifications of horizontal diaphragm metering pumps, which are divided into single diaphragm and double diaphragm types. All eight machine bases are N-shaped shaft structures. The power of the motor drives the connecting rod, crosshead and plunger or piston to reciprocate through the worm gear and worm, and acts on the diaphragm through the hydraulic oil, so as to achieve the purpose of driving the suction valve and the discharge valve to convey the medium. The flow regulation is to change the eccentricity of the connecting rod through the axial movement of the N-shaped shaft to achieve the purpose of changing the plunger stroke and adjusting the flow. The stroke adjustment of the metering pump is divided into three forms: manual, electric and pneumatic for users to choose. The stroke can be adjusted steplessly within the range of 0-100%, and the pump can be adjusted in both the stopped and moving states. Among them, the electric adjustment of the stroke can realize the requirements of remote and automatic control. The speed of the pump can be adjusted with a frequency converter or a speed regulating motor to achieve dual adjustment of the stroke and speed to meet the requirements of different process flows. The flow-through material can be provided as metal or non-metal according to different requirements of users.
