    **** type protection level is IP68. It is suitable for inflammable and explosive occasions, with high safety factor, strong operating function, stable performance, etc. **** type products are dI and dIIBT4. dI is suitable for non-mining working faces in coal mines; dIIBT4 is used in factories and is suitable for explosive gas mixtures in the environment of IIA, IIB level T1~T4 groups.
    The performance of this product complies with the provisions of JB/T8528-1997 <Technical conditions for common valve electric devices>. The performance of the **** type complies with the provisions of GB3836.1-2000 <General requirements for **** electrical equipment for explosive environments> and JB/T8529-1997 <Technical conditions for explosion-proof valve electric devices>. It has been tested by the National **** Electrical Products Testing Center and obtained the **** certificate.
    The integrated electric equipment is derived from the Z ordinary type, with many electrical and electronic components added. The overall ordinary type electrical part is mainly composed of multi-function module MK1, remote control module MK2, button box indicator light, opening meter, contactor, etc. The multi-function module MK1 is composed of phase identifier XS, contactor interlock protector HB and DC power supply DC. The remote module MK2 is composed of four solid-state relays and three dip switches. The overall adjustable electrical part is composed of adjustment module TMK, contactor, etc. The control line is 220V, 50Hz (special order 60Hz); remote control is 24VDC.
    The regulating module can receive and output 4-20ma standard signals. The electrical components are installed on a flip-over board to adjust the torque control, travel controller, and opening mechanism. There are three buttons on the button box, the middle one is the on-site/remote control conversion button, the left one is the on-site valve closing button, and the right one is the on-site valve opening button. The button box is closed for remote control, and the lid is opened for on-site operation.
    The stroke control mechanism adopts the principle of decimal counter and has high control accuracy. It is a universal component for the whole series. Its structure and working principle are as follows: a pair of large and small bevel gears in the reduction box drive the driving pinion (Z=8), which then drives the counter to work. If the counter has been adjusted according to the opening and closing positions of the valve, when the counter rotates with the output shaft to the pre-adjusted position (number of turns), the cam will rotate 90°, forcing the micro switch to operate, cutting off the power supply of the motor and stopping the motor, thereby realizing the control of the stroke (number of turns) of the electric device.

  3. Installation method and precautions
    The device can be installed vertically or horizontally, but the motor cannot be downward, and it should be easy to wire, debug and operate manually. Different power supplies are not allowed to be applied to the normally open and normally closed contacts of the same micro switch. The axial clearance of the tooth connected to the valve when installed should not be less than 1-2mm. Check whether the grounding is reliable before powering on. When the newly installed electric device is powered for the first time, the motor phase sequence and control circuit must be checked to prevent the motor from getting out of control.
