DY155-67×5; DY type stainless steel centrifugal oil pump

DYⅠDYⅡDYⅢDY YD pumps are single suction multi-stage segmental centrifugal oil pumps. Suitable for petrochemical plants to transport oil and petroleum products with a viscosity of less than 120 centistokes without solid particles. The medium temperature is t –20℃～150℃, and the allowable inlet pressure is 0.6MPa.

DY type stainless steel multistage centrifugal oil pump structure:

1. Inlet and outlet: 100YD16 pump has horizontal suction and vertical discharge, while the others have vertical suction and vertical discharge.
2. Oil seal: Mechanical seal or packing seal can be used. The shaft seal has cooling.
3. Bearing type and lubrication: The forced circulation lubrication type of sliding bearings includes DY850-125 pump; the oil ring splash oil lubrication type of sliding bearings includes DYⅠ85-67 DYⅠ155-67 and DYⅡ155-67 pumps; the others are rolling bearings, grease lubrication.
4. Support: The support of DYⅡ155-67 pump is center support, and the other pumps are foot support.
