DT series desulfurization circulation pump

DT series desulfurization circulation pump is horizontal, axial suction, single-stage, single suction, suspended, rear-extraction, single-shell structure. In terms of hydraulic design and structural design, this series of pumps combines the advantages of similar products at home and abroad and innovates. The flow-through parts use the special materials GLH-5 and GLH-6 developed by ourselves . It has the characteristics of high efficiency and energy saving, corrosion resistance and wear resistance, low vibration, low noise, reliable operation, shaft seal leakage, long service life, and convenient maintenance. The comprehensive performance of the pump is at the leading level in China. It is suitable for conveying limestone or gypsum slurry in the desulfurization system of thermal power generation, steel sintering, aluminum smelting and oil refining industries. The maximum chloride ion content of the slurry allowed to be conveyed is 20000ppm , the pH value is between 4.5 and 12 , the slurry temperature is ≤ 65 ℃, and the slurry weight concentration Cw is up to 60% .
