DJ13－－35×3; DJ single suction multistage centrifugal oil pump

DJ single-suction multi-stage centrifugal oil pump is suitable for petrochemical plants to transport non-corrosive oils and petroleum products without solid particles and with a viscosity of less than 120 centistokes. The temperature of the transported medium shall not be higher than 105°C. The allowable inlet pressure is 0.6MPa.

DJ multi-stage oil pump structure:
DJ multi-stage centrifugal oil pump is single suction, multi-stage, horizontal shaft, segmental type. The suction and discharge ports are located horizontally on both sides of the axis. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or packing seal. The impellers are arranged in the same direction, and the axial force is balanced by the balancing device. The rotor is supported by rolling bearing grease lubrication. Only DJ85 (155) -67 is a sliding bearing, which is lubricated with thin oil.

DJ multi-stage oil pump main parts material:
The pump flow parts including the water inlet section, middle section, water outlet section, impeller and sealing ring are made of cast iron, and the shaft is made of high-quality carbon steel.
