Structure Introduction
The powerful power end of the diaphragm slurry pump is equipped with a gear reduction mechanism, plus an external pulley or reducer to reduce the speed of the pump, so that the speed of the pump can be reduced to 40-90RPM; the speed of the pump can be selected according to the different conveying media; the motor drives the crank-connecting rod mechanism through gears, converting the rotational motion into linear motion, driving the crosshead, piston rod and piston to reciprocate.
The hydraulic end of the pump is a crosshead that pushes the piston through the piston rod to make reciprocating motion. The movement of the piston drives the hydraulic medium to make the diaphragm do concave and convex motion. During the suction stroke, the diaphragm moves backward, the suction valve is opened, the discharge valve is closed, and the conveying medium enters the pump chamber; during the discharge stroke, the diaphragm moves forward, the suction valve is closed, the discharge valve is opened, and the conveying medium is discharged.

The diaphragm can be a bowl-type diaphragm or a flat diaphragm according to the needs of conveying fluid. The control oil replenishment valve stem of the bowl-type diaphragm is connected to the diaphragm as a whole and linked with the diaphragm. The diaphragm is made into a bowl shape so that the diaphragm is only subjected to bending stress but not tensile stress during reciprocating motion. The reciprocating stroke of the diaphragm can be larger, and the diaphragm diameter can be reduced at the same time. The flat diaphragm can be made into a double diaphragm structure.
