Product Overview :
D/DG type horizontal multistage pump is a horizontal single-suction multistage segmented centrifugal pump. It adopts the hydraulic model of high-efficiency energy-saving products recommended by the country. It has the advantages of high efficiency, wide performance range, safe and stable operation, low noise, long life, easy installation and maintenance. The product can be used to transport clean water without solid particles (abrasives) and suspended matter, or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It can also be used to transport hot water, oils, corrosive or abrasive media by changing the material of the pump (or the material of the pump flow parts), the sealing form and adding a cooling system. The allowable pressure at the pump inlet is less than 0.6MPa.

DG type horizontal multistage pump--Structure description :
D/DG horizontal multistage pump is mainly composed of stator, rotor, bearing and shaft seal.

1. The stator part of D/DG horizontal multistage centrifugal pump is mainly composed of suction section, middle section, discharge section and guide vane, etc., and each section is clamped by tension bolts to form a working chamber.
2. The rotor of D/DG horizontal multistage pump is mainly composed of shaft, impeller, balance disc and sleeve, etc. The axial force is balanced by the balance disc.
3. The bearings of D/DG horizontal multistage centrifugal pumps are mainly composed of bearing body, bearing and bearing gland, etc. The bearings are lubricated with grease or thin oil.
4. The shaft seal of D/DG horizontal multistage pump adopts soft packing seal, which is mainly composed of the sealing box body, packing, water retaining ring, etc. on the water inlet section and tail cover.
5. The D/DG horizontal multistage centrifugal pump is driven directly by the prime mover through an elastic coupling.
