CQ type magnetic drive pump (referred to as magnetic pump) is a new product that applies the working principle of permanent magnetic coupling to centrifugal pump. and use

  1. The magnetic pump should be installed horizontally, not vertically. The plastic pump body should not bear the weight of the pipeline. For special occasions requiring vertical installation, the motor must face upward.
  2. When the suction liquid level is higher than the pump axis, open the suction pipe valve before starting. If the suction liquid level is lower than the pump axis, the pipeline needs to be equipped with a bottom valve.
  3. The pump should be checked before use. The motor blades should rotate flexibly, without getting stuck or making abnormal sounds, and all fasteners should be tightened.
  4. Check whether the motor rotation direction is consistent with the magnetic pump rotation direction mark.
  5. After the motor starts, slowly open the discharge valve. After the pump enters the normal working state, adjust the discharge valve to the required opening.
  6. Before the pump stops working, the discharge valve should be closed first, and then the suction pipe valve should be closed.
    Precautions for the use of CQ type magnetic drive pump
  7. Because the cooling and lubrication of the magnetic pump bearings depend on the medium being transported, it is absolutely forbidden to run idly. At the same time, avoid the no-load operation caused by restarting after a power outage in the middle of the work.
  8. If the transported medium contains solid particles, a filter screen should be added to the pump inlet: if it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be added.
  9. The ambient temperature of the pump during use should be less than 40°C, and the motor temperature rise should not exceed 75°C.
  10. The medium being transported and its temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material (see the attached table for details). The operating temperature of engineering plastic pumps is <60℃, the operating temperature of metal pumps is <100℃, the conveying suction pressure is not more than 0.2mpa, the maximum working pressure is 1.6mpa, the density is not more than 1600kg/m3, the particle size is not more than 30×10-6m2/s, and the liquid does not contain hard particles and fibers.
  11. For the medium that is easy to precipitate and crystallize, it should be cleaned in time after use to drain the accumulated liquid in the pump. 6. After the magnetic pump runs for 500 hours, the wear of the bearing and the end face moving ring should be disassembled and inspected. If the gap between the bearing and the sleeve is greater than 0.51mm and the impeller axial movement is 1.52mm, the bearing and axial moving ring should be replaced.
