No clogging of the impeller
The impeller is designed with the latest non-clogging theory, with a wide flow channel, smooth water flow, easy passage of dirt and high efficiency.
All impellers have been dynamically and statically balanced to minimize vibration and noise, ensuring smooth operation and long service life.
Mechanical seal :
The function of the mechanical seal is to prevent the pumped medium from contacting the motor part. The double mechanical seals are connected in series and work independently to provide double protection for the motor.
Automatic putting on and taking off device (optional) :
Makes pump installation, maintenance and repair quick and easy without having to clean out the tank first.
Leak Detector :
A leak detector is installed in the oil chamber to detect leakage caused by poor sealing or mechanical seal damage (optional for <15kW, standard for ≥15kW).
For high-power water pumps, leakage detectors are installed in the junction box and motor cavity to send out alarm signals for leakage in the junction box and motor cavity.
Enable the control system to protect the pump (non-standard configuration, optional for ≥132kW).
Overheat protector :
Install an overheat protector in the motor to automatically detect overload, temperature rise and other conditions.
Avoid motor burning due to overheating (optional equipment for <15kW, standard equipment for ≥15kW).
Install an overheat protector in the bearing. When the bearing temperature rises to the disconnection temperature, the protector automatically cuts off the power supply.
It plays a role in protecting bearings (non-standard configuration, optional for ≥18.5kW).
Water cooling jacket (optional) :
When the pump is working, the pressure in the pump cavity is used to continuously allow liquid to enter the space between the water cooling jacket and the motor housing to remove the heat generated by the motor.
