Product Introduction Overview :
CJNB20 program-controlled automatic impulse voltage tester is mainly based on TB/T 2653, GB/T17627, GB/T16927, GB14048, GB7251, GB/T16935, IEC61730, GB4706, GB3048, JB/T 7083 and other standards. It is mainly used for safety performance (dielectric performance) testing of low-voltage complete sets, low-voltage electrical appliances, high and low voltage switches, solar energy, watt-hour meters, relays, leakage protectors and other products. The impulse output can be controlled by a computer and the test report can be printed and generated.
Features :
Manual/automatic/programmed mode; in manual mode, the impulse voltage is manually adjusted by adjusting the knob, in automatic mode, the impulse voltage value is automatically adjusted by the system, and in programmed mode, the impulse voltage value is automatically controlled by a computer.
The automatic mode and program control mode have an automatic constant voltage system, which controls the impact output voltage more precisely and is not affected by the interval time.
The program control function provides 485 communication interface and program control protocol. The program control test system can be established according to the needs, and the impulse voltage and various parameters (program control trigger) can be controlled through a computer or program control network.
Computer program-controlled software can be used to perform batch combination tests, such as 2KV3 times, 4KV3 times, 6KV3 times, -2KV3 times, -4KV3 times, -6KV3 times, etc. A maximum of 50 groups of combination tests can be performed, and test results such as breakdown times and breakdown voltage can be fed back to the computer. The computer displays the feedback results in graphics to make the judgment more intuitive.
The test report can be printed out by computer to display the test data such as impact peak value, number, interval time, etc.
The test result automatic judgment function can automatically judge whether the test is qualified or not according to the size and attenuation degree of the impact current generated during the test.
Provides a surge voltage divider interface for an oscilloscope to track the output voltage waveform and monitor the output voltage.
