Product Introduction
Dayuan Pump Industry's BZ series self-priming centrifugal pump (hereinafter referred to as electric pump) is a new type of electric pump developed for pipeline boosting and delivery to solve the problem of low pipeline pressure. The electric pump consists of three parts: motor, mechanical seal and water pump. The motor is a single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motor; a mechanical seal is used between the water pump and the motor. The rotor shaft of the electric pump is made of high-quality carbon steel and has been treated with corrosion resistance to ensure that the shaft has more reliable mechanical strength, which can effectively improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the shaft. At the same time, it is also convenient for the maintenance and disassembly of the impeller. O-shaped rubber sealing rings are used as static seals at the fixed seals of the pump.

   Conditions of Use :
2. The working medium is non-corrosive clean water, the volume ratio of sand content in the medium does not exceed 0.10%, and the particle size is not greater than 0.20mm.
3. The water temperature cannot be higher than +40℃, and the pH value of the medium is between 6.5-8.5.
4. The power frequency is 50Hz, the voltage is 220v for single phase and 380v for three phase, and the voltage fluctuation range is 0.9-1.1 times the rated value.
5. Be sure to exhaust the air in the pump before use, otherwise it will not be able to pump water normally.
