BTG series microcomputer controlled variable frequency speed regulating water supply equipment is an intelligent mechatronic device that adjusts the number of revolutions and the number of pump units to achieve constant (variable) pressure water supply. Its core equipment, SGK variable frequency speed regulating control cabinet, adopts the currently popular international advanced technologies such as microcomputer sine wave pulse width modulation (SPWM), third generation high power insulated gate bipolar transistor module (IGBT), programmable logic controller (PLC) and fuzzy control.
The equipment consists of sensors, frequency converters, programmable logic controllers, water pumps, valves, bases and pipeline accessories to form a closed-loop control system. According to the instantaneous flow, pressure, temperature and other parameters of the pipeline network, it automatically adjusts the speed and number of running pumps to achieve closed-loop regulation of constant (variable) pressure and variable flow, so that the entire water supply system always maintains the most reasonable and economical operating state.

The equipment has the advantages of high efficiency and energy saving, stable pressure, complete protection functions (short circuit, overcurrent, overvoltage, overheating, overload and other protection functions), human-machine visual interface information exchange function, simple and convenient operation, and can provide RS485 interface or other communication methods as required by users to provide remote monitoring function.
