Product Introduction Overview
The nXDS20i is the next generation of completely oil-free dry scroll pumps, replacing comparably sized dry pumps and medium-sized oil-sealed pumps in a wide range of applications. Compared to traditional XDS pumps, the nXDS offers enhanced performance, higher pumping speeds, lower ultimate pressures, lower power consumption and lower noise. Gas ballast allows pumping of condensable vapors, including water, solvents, dilute acids and alkalis. The nXDS also features new end seal technology, significantly extending the time interval between end seal replacements. The integrated inverter drive with automatic voltage input sensing provides overall optimized pumping performance, and the nXDS pump is fully field repairable.

No lubricants are required in the vacuum housing and the complete seal ensures a completely clean and dry vacuum, preventing cross contamination.
The non-atmospheric to vacuum shaft seal completely isolates the bearing, thereby preventing process feeds, and the bearing can also run cooler and last longer.
Improved motor and drive efficiency reduces power consumption and operating costs
Advanced interfaces provide a variety of traditional, analog and digital control methods, and remote control/monitoring can be achieved via USB, RS232 or RS485.
