Product Introduction Overview :
The XDS46i pump is a development of the XDS35i, so both have the same features and benefits, but the former has a peak pumping speed of up to 40m3/hr. When the inlet pressure is between 1mbar and 10mbar, the XDS46i is optimized for maximum pumping speed, making it ideal for LCMS and ICPMS applications that require higher pumping speeds than the XDS35i. The latest improvements in end seal technology reduce wear on the end seals, thereby extending the time interval between maintenance interventions. The inverter drive controls the characteristics of the motor, ensuring that the pump always runs at the optimized speed and enables the user to remotely control the pump.

No lubricants are required in the vacuum housing and the complete seal ensures a completely clean and dry vacuum, preventing cross contamination.
The non-atmospheric to vacuum shaft seal completely isolates the bearing, thereby preventing process feeds, and the bearing can also run cooler and last longer.
No oil changes are required, eliminating the expense of disposing of contaminated oil
