A. Overview
LB and LK vertical long-axis pumps are suitable for pumping clean water, rainwater, iron pit water, sewage and seawater below 55 ℃ in petrochemical, port terminals, offshore platforms, power plants, municipal construction, steel metallurgy, etc. They can be used as emergency pumps when equipped with diesel engines and other power sources. The flow range is 30-70000m³ /h and the head range is 4-220m . The specially designed conveying medium temperature can reach 150 ℃ . It complies with the Chinese urban construction industry standard CJ/T235-2017 "Vertical Long-axis Pump" drafted by our company in 2006 and the Chinese machinery industry standard JB/T10812-2018 "Vertical Diagonal Flow Pump" drafted in 2007, and has a series of independent intellectual property rights .

D. Structure Description

1. LB/LK pump is a vertical single-stage (multi-stage) centrifugal or diagonal flow pump with guide vane structure.
2. The structural types of the pump include the pump outlet being above or below the installation foundation ( type codes are S and X respectively) , the pump bearing axial force and the motor bearing axial force ( type codes are T and D respectively) , external lubrication water and pump self-lubrication, etc.
3. Wet pit installation is recommended for pump installation, but dry pit installation is also acceptable. Wet pit installation: The lower part of the pump is immersed in the suction tank. Dry pit installation: The pump uses a pipe for water inlet, and a 90 ° elbow-shaped water inlet elbow is used to connect the pump suction bell mouth and the water inlet pipe .
4. Pump bearings are generally made of wear-resistant rubber, but can also be made of other materials such as cerium, graphite, tin bronze and ceramics.
5. The pump rotor is generally non-extractable ( LB ); the pump axial water thrust and rotor weight are generally recommended to be borne by the pump body thrust bearing, and the pump and motor are elastically connected; the pump outlet is located above the installation surface (the structure with the type code ST ). If required, the motor can also bear the axial water thrust and rotor weight; or other structural combinations (type codes SD , XT , XD ) ; if the user requires, it can also be designed as an extractable structure ( LK ), but the model has changed relative to the catalog.
6. When the pump body bears the axial water thrust and the weight of the rotor, the pump adopts a circulating lubrication bearing device, which has the functions of ventilation, waterproofing, temperature measurement (PT100) , refueling, oil level display and cooling, and also has the shower lubrication function of automatic oil level circulation. When the ambient temperature is 40 ℃, the indicated temperature of the bearing does not exceed 65 ℃, the lubrication effect is good, the bearing heat is less, and the service life is long.
7. The pump axial seal adopts packing seal.
8. The main shaft is connected by Hough coupling or sleeve coupling, which has high reliability, simple structure, easy docking, convenient disassembly and assembly, and accurate and reliable positioning;
9. The gap between the impeller and the bell mouth or the impeller chamber (rotating part and stationary part) can be adjusted on the basis of pump installation, which is easy to operate.
10. When looking at the pump from the discharge direction, the motor junction box and the pump external lubrication water pipe are located on the left. They can also be arranged in other positions according to user requirements.
