It can be widely used in municipal, construction, petrochemical, sewage treatment, industrial and mining sewage, mine drainage, rainwater and other engineering projects. The full series of products has 12 basic specifications, and the performance range can be expanded by speed reduction and impeller cutting, with flow rate ranging from 10270m3 / h and head ranging from 654m .
B. Conditions of Use
- Medium temperature ≤ 80 ° C , no external flushing and lubrication water required;

- The impeller adopts a semi-open spiral design with the following characteristics:
1.1 Adopting three-dimensional optimized design, the efficiency is higher than that of ordinary sewage impeller, reducing the operating cost;
1.2 Semi-open, with wide flow channel, the medium containing large solid particles can flow freely in the flow channel during pumping;
1.3 The inlet edge of the blade extends out of the pump body flow channel, acting as a stirrer; - The auxiliary blade structure and unique threaded sealing structure can effectively reduce the leakage and volume loss of the pump, improve the efficiency of the pump, reduce the axial force generated when the pump is running, reduce the load on the bearing, and solve the problem of easy damage to the seal of conventional submersible sewage pumps and submersible sewage pumps;
- By calculating the critical speed of the main shaft through analysis software, it is not necessary to set bearings below the foundation, which effectively solves the problems of sliding bearing wear and rolling bearing seal failure, improves the service life and reliability of the unit, and greatly reduces the operation and maintenance costs;
- The pump body uses force analysis software to perform finite element analysis on the cylinder and bracket above the foundation, with good rigidity, small vibration and high reliability;
- The bearing components are arranged above the pump foundation to bear axial and radial forces. The bearings can be easily greased and maintained during normal operation.
