The shell of this instrument is made of high-strength aluminum alloy, and the DC/DC high-voltage generator is shielded by soft iron, which can effectively shield the external power frequency and strong electromagnetic field. It is easy to quickly increase the test voltage to the rated value of the output voltage. For low resistance measurement, the voltage drop does not affect the test accuracy because the proportional method is used;
Power supply: The instrument is powered by a built-in DC12V-4Ah large-capacity battery. When the battery is replaced under the power frequency AC220V voltage, the resistance range can be automatically converted. The clear panel operation and LCD display make the measurement very convenient and fast, and the test results can be stored for easy query at any time. If the user needs, this instrument can provide RS232/485 serial communication.
This instrument has the following functions:
Measurement of ultra-high insulation resistance:
DC test voltage 500V～5000V, 500V is the first level;
The maximum measurement range is 100G.
Absorption ratio and polarization index test:
Timer test mode, test time can be selected as 1 minute, 10 minutes or unlimited
Calculate the absorption ratio (DAR = R1min/R15sec),
The test range is: 0～99.9
Calculate the polarization index (PI = R12min/R1min),
The test range is: 0～99.9
Insulation resistance step voltage test:
Preset DC test voltage, the highest is 5000V, the lowest is 1000V, automatically divided into step levels
The test time of the preset step voltage is 10s at the shortest and 90s at the longest.
