1. Product Overview
   3610L series linear electronic electric actuators are new actuators that use 220V AC single-phase power as the driving power source, accept control signals from regulators (DC4 ~ 20mA or DC1 ~ 5V), and realize predetermined linear reciprocating motion. When this series of actuators are used as actuators for control valves, they have almost all the action conversion functions required by the control valves themselves, as well as valve opening signal functions and manual functions. Therefore, they are widely used in industrial sectors such as power generation, metallurgy, petrochemicals, light industry, and environmental protection.
2. This series of actuators has the following main features:
   1.1 The actuator is designed with a servo system (no need to equip a servo amplifier separately). It can work by simply connecting a DC4 ~ 20mA (or DC1 ~ 5V) signal and an AC220V single-phase power supply. It has built-in wiring terminals, making wiring extremely simple and convenient.
   1.2 The key component of the actuator - the controller, adopts the most advanced hybrid integrated circuit, is sealed and cast with resin, has a box-shaped appearance, is small in size and has high reliability.
   1.3 The feedback detection of the driving quantity adopts a high-performance conductive plastic potentiometer with a resolution of ＜ 0.4%.
   1.4 It has self-diagnosis function. When a fault occurs, the indicator light on the controller will immediately send out an indication signal.
   1.5 The state selection switch can be used to set the cut-off signal (the valve core is in full open, full closed or self-locking state.)
   1.6 The state selection switch can be set (forward or reverse action).
   1.7 Use the state selection switch to set the input signal to (DC420mA or DC15V.)
   1.8 It is simple and easy to adjust the working zero point (starting point) and travel (end point).
   1.9 When the power is suddenly cut off, the valve core can be self-locked.
   1.10 Use synchronous belt rotation to effectively reduce noise.
   1.11 Delay protection function: under rated load, it can implement state self-locking. When a fault occurs, it can start protection immediately, and can run in reverse to cancel the delay protection.
