A. Overview
The QW submersible sewage pump developed by our company has widely absorbed the technical advantages of similar products at home and abroad, adopted the excellent sewage pump hydraulic model, optimized the sealing , and has the advantages of safety and reliability, convenient installation and maintenance, high efficiency and energy saving, no blockage, anti-winding, long service life, etc. It has unique effects in discharging mixed liquids containing solid particles and long fibers. It is widely used in municipal engineering, construction engineering, sewage treatment, industrial and mining sewage, mine drainage, rainwater drainage , water conservancy drainage and irrigation and drainage projects.

B. Working conditions:
Medium temperature is less than or equal to 60 ℃ , medium density is less than or equal to 1.3X10 3 kg/m 3 ; Medium PH value range: 5~9 ; For pumps without internal gravity circulation cooling system, the motor shall not exceed 1/2 above the liquid surface during operation ; For pumps with internal circulation system, the motor shall not be lower than the upper flange of the pump body; The pump shell is made of gray cast iron and cannot be used to discharge media with highly corrosive or abrasive solid particles.

C. Structure Description
The QW series submersible sewage pump consists of a water pump and a dry submersible motor. The motor and pump are coaxial, separated by an oil chamber and a double-layer mechanical seal. The overall structure is compact. It can be installed in an automatic coupling manner, or in a fixed or hard (soft) pipe movable manner. There is no need to build a pump room, saving infrastructure investment. The submersible sewage pump is equipped with protection devices such as motor winding overheat protection elements, oil-water probes, and float switches. These components are all connected to the electric control cabinet. The protection device must be connected to the electric control cabinet dedicated to the submersible sewage pump to work.
